Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are small-batch and handmade/curated, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

​Exchanges may be considered only in the case of defective or damaged items. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at silkscreenandceramics[at]gmail.com. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless defective upon arrival.​
