These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Descriptions

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate. However, because our items are handmade, small variations in size, color, or finish may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept all major credit cards. Prices may change at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and paid.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the continental United States via USPS First Class Mail. A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages after delivery.
 

4. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange for a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective upon arrival.

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs, graphics, and logos, is the property of Silkscreen and Ceramics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silkscreen and Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We value your privacy. Personal information collected on this site (such as your name, address, and payment details) is used solely to process orders and provide customer support.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payment or complete shipping.
